This is the second Volvo I have owned. I sold my first one because of poor service from another Volvo dealership, went to another brand, but nothing drives like a Volvo and I went back on my own decision and purchased another Volvo. I recently experienced an issue with my Volvo that was covered under warranty and took it to Rola Volvo. There was a problem with the part initially ordered, which was naturally disappointing. However, the team at Rola Volvo went out of their way to resolve the issue and completed the repair in record time. They also did their best to mitigate any inconvenience. Things do occasionally go wrong. Service should be judged by how those issues are addressed, and Rola Volvo certainly went above and beyond. They have earned my trust and loyalty and treated me like a member of the Volvo family. Thanks Annelieze and the rest of the team.

Wow! As I walked in service was top! Receptionist was welcoming and super friendly! Then the rock star of the day - Anelisa Mvelase- she was amazing! Service, communication, feedback effort everything she was literally on service level never seen from a service centre before-Rola Volvo can be super proud! Then when phoning the dealer Principle - to complement her, he was just as welcoming and took the time to listen and receive the feedback Ryan Chapman-awesome team!
